Trouble Logging in?

Your username is populated by default on sign up and is always the first element of your email before the @ - so charlie234@fifty20.com would be assigned a username of charlie234.

We will be changing this soon so that you can enter either your email or username as well as your password at login. 

You can of course set your own username during the sign up process, so you'll need to make a note and remember it if you do, but you can always contact us by email on help@fifty20.com if you can't remember it.  We will let you know by reply. 

Your password is always your own (we cannot see it in the management tool) so if you cannot remember that, you will need to go through the forgotten password routine in the login page to reset it.
