Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
How to pay for your tickets, deposit money to your account and withdraw your winnings or surplus account cash
Paying for tickets
When you checkout, the cash you require to complete the purchase of your tickets is pre-populated in the payment portal, but if:
a. You have any cash balance on your account; or
b. You have any site credit on your account; then
These will be applied first and your amount to complete your purchase will be less than the tickets in your basket. Of course if you have more cash / credit than your purchase requires, you will check straight out without having to go through the payment process.
Depositing funds to your account
You can make a deposit at any time through your player account page by hitting the Deposit button in the account homepage or wallet section of your account.
You can also deposit by changing the sum required to checkout by more than you need and any surplus will be credited to your account.
Withdrawing funds
If you have a cash balance, then you can withdraw at any time by hitting the Withdraw button in the wallet section of your account.
Once you have made a request, we will follow up with an email to confirm the bank account details to credit your withdrawal to and once provided, we will credit your account immediately - this usually happens instantly through the open banking system.
You cannot withdraw site credit, which may only be spent on raffle tickets.
