How do I know if I've won? Prize Draws
A short explanation on how we tell you you've won and how you can check your tickets in your account
If you have won a prize, we will let you know by email straight away - so please check your junk mail in your email account to ensure that you are getting Fifty20 notifications.
Also, you can check all of your tickets in your player account:
1. Once logged in, you enter your player account through the head and shoulders icon in the top right of the screen.
2. You should navigate to the "Transactions" tab in your account.
3. Within your Transactions, you can see the Raffles you have entered. Each purchase of tickets for each raffle is contained in a separate information box. They are ordered by most recent at the top of the list.
4. Use the blue highlighted arrow in each box to reveal your ticket numbers.
5. For prize draw products, the result happens on the day and time stated in the game. If you have won, one of the tickets shown in your player account will be highlighted blue so don;t forget to check them after the draw. As an alternative, you can check the Results tab in the main part of the site and navigate to the prize draw you want to check - that will show the first name and first letter of the surname (and town of residence if they have completed their account information) of the player that won.
