How do I know if I've won? Instant Wins
A short explanation on how we tell you you've won and how you can check your tickets in your account
If you have won a prize, we will let you know by email straight away - so please check your junk mail in your email account to ensure that you are getting Fifty20 notifications.
Also, you can check all of your tickets in your player account:
1. Once logged in, you enter your player account through the head and shoulders icon in the top right of the screen.
2. You should navigate to the "Transactions" tab in your account.
3. Within your Transactions, you can see the Raffles you have entered. Each purchase of tickets for each raffle is contained in a separate information box. They are ordered by most recent at the top of the list.
4. Use the blue highlighted arrow in each box to reveal your ticket numbers.
5. For instant win products, the result happens immediately after your purchase and any tickets that highlighted blue will be winning tickets (grey for losers). You can hover over or click on the blue tickets to reveal the prize name.
